一、服务内容1. Services

ArtBorder 是一款照片装裱与编辑工具，主要提供本地照片导入、背景和边框编辑、水印和文字签名设置，以及导出保存等功能。应用主要在您的设备本地处理图片内容。ArtBorder is a photo framing and editing tool that provides local photo import, background and border editing, watermark and text signature settings, and export. The App processes images primarily on your device.

二、使用规则2. Usage Rules

• 您应合法使用本应用，不得利用本应用从事侵犯他人合法权益或违反法律法规的行为。You must use the App lawfully and not use it to infringe others' rights or violate applicable laws.
• 您应确保自行导入、编辑和导出的图片内容拥有合法使用权。You must ensure you have the legal right to import, edit, and export the images you use.
• 未经授权，您不得对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编或其他破坏性操作。You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the App without authorization.

三、知识产权3. Intellectual Property

本应用的软件程序、界面设计、图标、文本及相关内容的知识产权归开发者或相关权利人所有。除法律法规另有规定外，未经书面许可，任何人不得擅自使用。The App's software, interface design, icons, text, and related content are owned by the developer or respective rights holders. Except as required by law, no one may use them without written permission.

四、应用内购买4. In-App Purchases

本应用部分高级功能可能通过苹果应用内购买提供。相关支付、退款和订阅规则以 Apple App Store 的实际规则和页面说明为准。Some advanced features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Payment, refund, and subscription rules follow Apple App Store policies and on-screen descriptions.
